Government of Suriname’s Follow-Up on the Letter of April 9, 1960, Regarding Duplicate Negatives and Positive Prints

With reference to the letter of your predecessor of April 9th 1960, with regard to arial photography [carried out] by Hiran in which letter it was mentioned that the duplicate negative and the positive prints of each photograph will be [permitted] to the government of Surinam.

I beg to inform you that as the Hiran project has X been financed and the above mentioned prints are not yet forwarded.

The Surinam government will appreciate to receive – if this […] as soon as possible – the duplicate negative and the […] positive prints as promised in the letter of your predecessor of April 9th.
