  1. Vice Chairman of Policy Center Roy Horb will travel to North Korea as special envoy of Policy Center via Miami and New York. Horb left Paramaribo on October 4, 0900 hours. Horb will be accompanied by following delegation: Mr. I.F. Graanoogst, Min of Army and Police; Mr. J.H. Kolader, Perm Sec of Foreign Affairs; Mr. J.R. Ong A Lok, Head of Bureau of Foreign Missions (Protocol). Members of army accompanying: 1st Lt E. Ritfeld; 2nd Lt A. Gorre; Sgt Maj I. Fraser, Mr. A.H. Muler, Military. Security officers are: Mr. G. Karijowidjojo; Mr. J. Naim; Mr. O. Hohr; Mr. R. Chotkan; Mr. M. Nojodikromo. Members of press are: Mr. H. Pinas; Mr. L. Ong A Kwie; Mr. H. Kioe A Sen. Interpreter accompanying: Mr. E. Tsai A Woen. Flight schedule is as follows:

Embassy has informed MFA that permission to carry weapons on flights within U.S. is prerogative of each airline captain. However, appreciate your assistance in informing appropriate security and airline officials permission is requested.
