(U) Amb. Ostrander Named Population Coordinator Amb. Nancy Ostrander, a career Foreign Service Officer, became the Department’s Coordinator for Population Affairs (OES/CP) on September 23. She has served as U.S. Ambassador to Suriname (1978-80), Foreign Service Inspector (1982-84), and, most recently, Diplomat-in-Residence, Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis.
